Using RelyQr
RelyQr lets you create QR codes, short links and hosted pages, and see how they are scanned. You need an Apple or Google account to sign in. You are responsible for what your codes point to.
Your codes keep working
Your dynamic codes keep working whatever happens to your subscription: if a trial ends, a payment fails, you downgrade or you cancel, every code you printed keeps sending people to its destination. A lapsed plan can limit editing, never redirects. We never put a watermark or our URL on your QR images. If RelyQr ever shuts down, we will publish an export of the redirect table and an open-source resolver so codes on your own domain can keep working. The only codes that stop are ones you pause or delete, ones blocked for abuse, and those of accounts that are deleted.
What you may not do
No phishing, malware, scams, impersonation, illegal content, or links that hide where they go. We check destinations against Google Web Risk and our own blocklist and may block codes or accounts that break these rules; blocked codes show a warning instead of the destination.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play and billed by them. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings; trials convert to paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before they end. Refunds follow the store's policy. Enterprise plans are agreed and invoiced directly.
Your content
You own what you create. You give RelyQr permission to host and serve it so your codes and pages work. You can export it and delete it at any time.
No warranty
We work hard to keep redirects available around the clock, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RelyQr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
